Description
This Beachside Bungalow Dollhouse Kit has five rooms and measures about 27 1/2" wide x 19 1/4" deep x 26 1/2" tall with chimney.
The sturdy construction features clapboards milled directly into 1/4" thick MDF and 3/8" thick dividers and upper floor.
The grooved sidewalls make for easy assembly guaranteed fit and durability. There are outstanding details including:
- Precision workmanship. Engineered parts pre-cut to really work (trim strips are supplied in lengths)
- Hardwood flooring look is installed
- Oversized eaves roomy front porch shallow pitched roof and large attic dormer
- Detailed brackets railings and rafter ends are all pre-cut
